1.     Work Theory

The empty capsules in the feeder are inset into sow capsule tube, under which there is spring switch. When the inset capsule tube falls to underside under driving by sector gear, switch gets hit, and it will send out one line capsule. When capsule tube rises back, switch will close sow capsule tube swiftly. The capsule fell on the capsule comb will be pushed forward to around turner under function of pushing capsule board. The capsule under push-pressing downwards by pressing capsule head around turns simultaneity (the body is downwards, and the cap upwards). Under the mould there is pressing air flow. When capsule leaves capsule comb under down-pressing by press capsule head, capsule will be inbreathed into mould under the function of mould holes’ airflow. Because there is a small step in up-mould holes to avoid capsule cap staying in the up-mould. Capsule body slips into down-mould holes under the function of vacuum. At this time, filling organization puts the medicine material into mould holes’ empty capsule automatically and orderly. The up-down mould joint, tighten lock the capsule, peaks out the capsule by thimble, then output the finished product.
